Salon Policies
At Love’s In The Hair Extension Studio Inc., we take pride in delivering a personalized, luxury experience. To ensure the best service for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. However, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy is in place to respect the time and commitment of our stylists.
Late Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service to avoid disrupting other guests' appointments. In such cases, a late arrival fee may apply or the service may be forfeited entirely, depending on the stylist's discretion.
Storing Client Hair
We are happy to store client hair on-site for future installs upon request. However, please note that we can only store hair for a maximum of 3 months. After that time, we cannot guarantee availability or condition. We encourage all clients to schedule their reinstall appointments in a timely manner to ensure the best results.
No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds on hair extensions, services, or deposits. Our team stands behind the quality of our work and is committed to ensuring you are satisfied before leaving the studio. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can review and address them appropriately.
