Where extension hair goes to die
Every year, salons throw away thousands of kilograms of premium human hair. When extensions come out, the hair — often still in beautiful condition — goes straight to landfill, along with the water, labour, and textile dyes it took to produce it.
We keep ours. More than twenty kilograms a year, inspected, sanitized and saved.

One client, one chair
A client with alopecia sat in our chair needing a topper that didn't exist — nothing fit her, and nothing was affordable. Meanwhile, our salon was quietly saving every quality extension we removed, because throwing out beautiful hair felt wrong.
The Crown Project is those two problems solving each other.
The seventh prototype works
Six attempts didn't. We refused the industry-standard adhesives used overseas — nothing touches a healing scalp that we wouldn't defend ingredient by ingredient — so we built the process from scratch, and each failure taught us what the next one needed.
First fittings are coming.
